Complete your application online. If you meet the minimum requirements, you'll receive a pre-qualification letter and loan estimate within 1–2 business days.
Once pre-qualified, find your home. Sign your initial disclosures and purchase agreement and send them — this moves your file to the lender.
Your lender reviews your full file and orders an appraisal. Respond to document requests quickly — this is the stage that determines your overall timeline.
Clear to Close means your loan is approved. Sign your closing documents, the lender funds the loan, and you coordinate with the seller for possession.
